• In Your Email: As soon as your order is placed, an automated order confirmation and detailed digital receipt are sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. (Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't see it in your Inbox).

• In Your Account: If you created an account on Globals Giveaway, simply log in, go to My Account, and select Order History. Click on your order number to view or print your full receipt.

• With Your Package: A physical packing slip or printed invoice is also included inside your delivered shipment box.

To return an item, email  within 15 days of delivery with your Order Number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.

We ship directly to any physical home or business address provided at checkout. Simply select your country and enter your full delivery address on the checkout page to confirm shipping availability and calculated rates. (Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted military bases).
